Our Team keeps all lines of communication open between you and your adjuster. Our strong relationships with our carriers and adjusters along with our expert knowledge of church risks and coverage help us assist our clients in overcoming obstacles that may arise during the processing of a claim.

Before reporting a claim, please be prepared with your Insurance Board number and the details of the loss (Date of loss, description and cause of damage or injury, names of involved individuals). Contact your local agent or report a claim here.

Owned Auto and Workers’ Compensation Claims must be reported to your agent or directly to the insurance company. Please refer to your policy documents for additional information.

After-Hours Emergency Claim Line

After hours is from 5:00PM (Eastern) to 8:00AM (Eastern) and should be used for major/catastrophic losses or severe bodily injuries only. If your claim is not an emergency, we ask that you contact us during normal business hours. Thank you for your understanding.
