Before joining Insurance Board, Chad was VP of Education and Curriculum at Navigate360 (ALICE Training Institute), where he developed client training programs. He has 24 years of law enforcement experience, rising to Lieutenant at the University of Akron Police Department, where he focused on community policing and training and served on the SWAT team. Chad holds a master’s degree in Instructional Technology.
