For your 2023 policy a fee of $7.50 will be assessed for each invoice mailed by USPS.
Participants must opt in for electronic document delivery by completing the following steps:
- Click on the blue Electronic Invoice button in the top right corner.
- Fill out the form with the required information and click “submit”
Documents will be sent from “firstname.lastname@example.org”
