Church Property

After your congregation, your church property is your most important asset. It is home to your congregation and your ministries. Your church may be a magnet and focal point of your community. While it is only a material thing, it is also an important investment. As a church leader you have a fiduciary duty to preserve and protect your building and all of its equipment.

In Volume 2 of our Loss Control Manual, we address important building issues, including insurance, property valuation and inspection with an emphasis on planning and budgeting.
