She earned a B.A. from Cleveland State University, and has worked in the insurance field for 16 years as a multiline underwriter, subrogation specialist, claims adjuster, and litigation technical specialist. Alison is bi-lingual and looks forward to utilizing those skills at the Insurance Board.
