Prior to joining the IB, Jennifer was responsible for the continued growth of the commercial lines business at a Cleveland based agency by developing new accounts and increasing retention.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University. She holds a Property & Casualty Insurance license as well as the Certified Insurance Counselor and the Certified Insurance Service Representative designations. She is a member of The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research Society of CISR.
