Dale’s background includes 25 years of experience as a financial leader and corporate executive officer with three publicly held companies, including head of Treasury and Finance with Cleveland based American Greetings, a $2 billion NYSE company. Most recently, Dale was CFO for The Southwest Florida Community Foundation.
Dale is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio, and he holds a Property & Casualty Insurance license in Ohio as well. His experience in managing property and casualty, liability, workers compensation, and environmental, health and safety programs for both small and global companies serves the Insurance Board and its constituents well.
